SWEET DREAMS OF PATSY
is a musical program highlighting the life and music of the legendary Country superstar, Patsy Cline. The show stars international recording artist and entertainer Patsy Torres as the beloved and acclaimed icon. Complete with a live high energy band, video presentation, and costume changes; Torres embodies the voice, appearance, and characteristics of her childhood idol as she ushers the audience through the life history of Patsy Cline as it would be told by Patsy herself. Song after hit song is performed to perfection with colorful dialogue, video support, and audience participation. Cline fans will be thrilled by Torres’ charisma and remarkable incarnation of Ms. Cline, while younger audiences will become Cline’s newest fans.

The show is a self-sufficient tour-ready show including a professional 5-piece band consisting of steel guitar, fiddle, keyboards, bass, and drums, audio sound and lighting production, and video projector.
About The Band

The Sweet Dreams of Patsy tribute show features live music performed by the CACTUS COUNTRY Band which have been performing in South Texas and the Hill Country for over 30 years. This talented and versatile 5-piece band also performs over 120 shows a year, including many weddings, corporate, and convention events. They have performed with many national country music entertainers, recently opening for John Conlee, Steve Wariner, Midland, Restless Heart, and performances with Jana Kramer, Rick Trevino, Clint Black, Rex Allen Jr, Charlie Daniels, Gary Allan, Wade Bowan, Tracy Byrd, Johnny Lee, Tracy Lawrence, Aaron Tippin, Doug Supernaw, Perfect Stranger, Paulette Carlson, Sylvia, Moe Bandy, Chris LeDoux, Leeroy Parnell & even the Dixie Chicks and numerous others. Accomplished musicians all, the band includes their fiddler extraordinaire, Regina Matthews, who has won the Texas State Contest of the Colgate Country Showdown and spent 11 years with the house band for Cowboy’s Dancehall. If You’re Gonna Play in Texas, you’ve gotta have a fiddle in the band!
